Chapel Lake Subdivision

This consisted of 54 lots that we purchased and built out. 

 

East Conway Drive

We assembled two lots that we re-zoned for three lots and built three homes selling in the $800,000 range. Even this small zoning project met with significant neighborhood opposition. Former Fulton County Commissioner Tom Lowe was one of our customers. 

 

Oaktree Subdivision

This consisted of 33 lots in Gwinnett County that we purchased and built out.

 

The Summit Subdivision

This consisted of 28 lots that we purchased and built out.

 

Wyndham Farms Subdivision

This consisted of 54 lots in Alpharetta that we purchased and built out.

 

Wyndham Park Subdivision

This consisted of 52 lots in South Dekalb County that we purchased and built out.
